2008 was "different" to say the least. Everything from weather to coming out of a poor hatch made this season some of toughest hunting I have ever come acrossed. For the first 2 weeks it was tough to get a flock to even act like they saw the decoys. We worked some LONG hours moving spreads trying to make something happen but it was thrown back in our faces most of the time. By the time hunting started to turn around for the better almost half of the migration was already over. Needless to say, 2008 left its mark and wont soon be forgotten.
In 2007 we only hunted 4 days per week for a total of 11 days. I took hundreds of pictures, kill pics, decoying birds, and massive flocks; these are just some of my favorites.
