I have wanted a "Birds eye view" of my fall setup for years.  I finally lucked out and found someone willing to take the picture.

It is durring December, as you can see we have decent snow cover and have a good sized open water hole.

 This picture really opened my eyes.  The blood on the ice REALLY stands out.  I always wondered if the birds could see this.  Now I know its probably best to wash it off.
